By downloading, installing, or using Nexzy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nexzy.
Nexzy provides AI-powered gaming assistance, game library management, price tracking, community forums, and a rewards system. The app is free to download with optional in-app purchases for additional coins.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• Nexzy Coins are virtual currency with no real-world value
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts
• Purchased coins are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify coin values and rewards at any time
• Unused coins do not expire but may be forfeited if your account is terminated
You agree NOT to:
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Exploit, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Impersonate others or create false identities
• Manipulate or interfere with the rewards system
All content, features, and functionality of Nexzy are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.
You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you share.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
Nexzy has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes but is not limited to: hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, sexually explicit content, content harmful to minors, spam, misinformation, and any illegal activity.
Content Moderation:
All user-generated content is subject to automated moderation and human review. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.
Reporting & Blocking:
• Users can report objectionable content using the flag/report feature
• Users can block other users to prevent seeing their content
• We will review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action
• Reported content may be removed and the offending user may be banned
Consequences for Violations:
Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will have their content removed immediately and may face temporary suspension or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.
Nexzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Gaming advice provided by our AI assistant is for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any gaming outcomes or decisions made based on our suggestions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
